From start to finish we were treated so kindly by everyone. Welcomed front of house with juice. Bags carried to rooms. Restaurant staff kind and attentive. Pool man equally as caring and attentive. Warm, clean swimming pool. The pool man gave my children a swim toy to keep. Honestly it was home from home. Close to the beach which unfortunately you can't swim in the sea but it is so peaceful. The restaurant gave us one to one help with meals for the children and ensured they had something to eat first. The front of house organised for a bday cake for our daughter who turned 2. Meant so much to us and it was delicious. The staff checked on us throughout our stay and organised our taxi to cinnamon lakeside. Another beautiful hotel but between the two we would have preferred more time at Pegasus reef. Will hopeful visit again one day.
